About The Position

Tribe Coffee is hiring for their Brew Crew. They operate solar-powered espresso Jeeps that serve premium, locally roasted coffee at various events across San Diego County, including run clubs, farmers markets, beach pop-ups, car meets, and private events. This role is for outgoing, active individuals who enjoy interacting with people and contributing to a growing brand.

Requirements

• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable talking with customers in English.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stay on your feet for a few hours.
• Open to early mornings, weekends, and some holidays.
• The right personality (trainable).

Nice To Haves

• Spanish language skills.
• Sales experience.
• Hospitality experience.
• Brand representative experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Tribe Jeep to events across San Diego County.
• Set up the coffee bar, operate the espresso machine, and maintain cleanliness.
• Prepare espresso, cold brew, matcha, and chai using automatic equipment.
• Engage with customers and share the Tribe story.
• Build customer loyalty and turn lines into regulars.
• Post from events to support the brand's online presence.
• Represent the Tribe brand as the face of the operation for the day.
