Mobile Client Advisor, Auto Insurance
About The Position
Acera Insurance is seeking a conscientious team player with the desire and ability to provide exceptional client service for a Mobile Client Advisor, Auto Insurance role. This position will operate out of the Kelowna Access Road office. Previous sales experience is an asset, as the role involves autonomous work in a fast-paced environment. The schedule consists of four 9-hour shifts per week, with availability required on Saturdays. Requirements

- A Level 1 Insurance License with the requirement to successfully obtain a Level 2 license within 6 months
- Valid driver's license (local travel required between dealerships)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with ICBC and private insurance coverages

Responsibilities
- Provide auto and other types of insurance to clients at various local dealerships, including driving between locations.
- Be reliable, responsive, and build and maintain relationships with dealership team members and clients.
- Recommend and implement clients' insurance coverages, premiums, and methods of payment.
- Provide information on varying insurance policies, including risk coverages, limitations, and other features.
- Work with clients to manage and reduce their risk.
- Respond to emergencies and assist clients with their claims.
- Process transactions in EPIC, ICBC system, autolink, and private insurers' web portals.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the team leader.
