Mobile Certified Personal Trainer
About The Position
GYMGUYZ is redefining the fitness industry as the nation's leader in mobile personal training. We bring fitness directly to clients' homes, offices, and organizations. This role offers the opportunity to train on your own terms with clients who want your coaching, providing flexibility, autonomy, and stability without the traditional gym environment. You will deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions, design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App, conduct reassessments, and manage your schedule efficiently. The ideal candidate is passionate about personal training, certified, and motivated to help clients achieve their goals.
Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
- Social Media Savvy
Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions

- Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
- Manage your schedule efficiently
- Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
