About The Position

This position is for a Mobile Building Operator based in Calgary, AB. You are a great teammate who thrives in delivering top-quality customer service to our clients. You are organized and manage daily operations, including water treatment testing and the supervision of HVAC systems, equipment logs, lighting, plumbing, and DDC systems. You respond quickly to occupant requests and are responsive. You also understand that, given the unique nature of the property, you may be called upon to lead and participate in unique initiatives. This role may require emergency procedures training at multiple locations. You build positive working relationships with tenants and your team, share your expertise, and collaborate effectively. You work with minimal direction and bring your technical expertise to a hard-working team.

Requirements

2-5 years of related experience in a commercial real estate environment
Minimum 5th Class Power Engineering Certification requirement
Strong communication and customer service skills
A valid driver’s license for Alberta and a reliable vehicle
Ability to multitask and be responsive to time-sensitive tasks
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis.
