We're looking for a passionate, people-focused Phlebotomy Supervisor to join our team in Tulsa. In this role, you'll lead from the front-working alongside your team, creating a positive donor experience, and helping ensure every blood drive runs safely, smoothly, and successfully. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who leads by example, loves being out in the field, enjoys traveling to different locations, and takes pride in developing others into their best selves.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 2 years of proven leadership experience
  • Healthcare or medical experience required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
  • Willingness to drive coach vehicles
  • Ability to provide an MVR with zero points and no moving/traffic violations
  • Ability to lift, bend, and reach up to 40 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Phlebotomy experience preferred
  • Fluent in Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support team members in a collaborative, high-energy environment
  • Motivate and engage your team while fostering accountability and teamwork
  • Help create a welcoming, positive, and exceptional experience for our volunteer blood donors
  • Perform phlebotomy, take vital signs, and assess donor eligibility
  • Follow and perform all duties in compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Lead by example while supporting your team in delivering safe, efficient, and compassionate service
  • Travel to different blood drive locations and enjoy a workday that is rarely the same twice
