About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Automotive Technician to join our team. In this role, you will operate a company-provided service van and travel to customer locations to perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and light to moderate repairs. This position is ideal for a self-motivated technician who enjoys working independently while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and automotive software
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

• ASE certification (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations in a company service van to perform on-site vehicle services
• Conduct oil changes, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and software
• Perform minor to mid-level repairs (e.g., brakes, batteries, filters, spark plugs, belts, etc.)
• Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle issues, recommended services, and costs
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each job
• Ensure tools, equipment, and service vehicle are properly maintained and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
