About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Automotive Paint & Body Technician to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality paint and body repairs to vehicles at customers' locations, delivering convenience and exceptional service. You will be responsible for diagnosing damage, performing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction with all mobile services performed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive paint and body technician, especially with mobile repair services
• Knowledge of automotive painting techniques and equipment
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and high quality workmanship
• Good communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certification or formal training in automotive paint and body repair preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site automotive paint and body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, sanding, priming, and painting
• Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking before painting
• Match and mix paints accurately to ensure consistent color
• Operate and maintain mobile service vehicle and repair equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and manage repair appointments efficiently
• Follow safety guidelines and industry standards while performing repairs
