About The Position

Store-in-Store Mobile Associates represent T-Mobile inside a warehouse or club kiosk, engaging customers in a high-traffic retail environment. They use digital tools to educate customers, demonstrate and recommend products and solutions, and explain the value of T-Mobile's warehouse and club member benefits. The role emphasizes building rapport and trust, providing exceptional service, and helping customers stay connected.

Associates complete training on the store-in-store experience, products, processes, systems, and reference resources. They continue developing their skills through practice, knowledge sharing, and store operations. During the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. After completing training, they promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target. T-Mobile guarantees employees at least $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. The hourly base pay is $18, with an additional $5 per hour in training pay. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment.

• Proactively attract potential customers to drive sales activity at the location.
• Follow up with customers, collect referrals, handle Be Back processes, and build relationships with new and existing customers.
