About The Position

The Mobile Associate supports retail operations by engaging customers and addressing their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. The role builds proficiency in customer service and sales to provide personalized device and service solutions, and uses digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits. Success involves building customer relationships, completing required training, and contributing to a seamless customer experience through effective communication and service delivery. Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training during their first 90 days. After completing training, they promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-time status. The stated hourly base pay is $20.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Required skills and abilities: change agility, communication, customer problem solving, customer service, engaging people, multitasking, and sales.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment.
