About The Position

Store-in-Store Mobile Associates represent T-Mobile in a warehouse or club kiosk, engaging customers in a high-traffic retail setting. They educate customers, demonstrate products, recommend solutions, and explain the value of T-Mobile’s warehouse and club member benefits. Associates complete training on the store-in-store experience, products, processes, systems, and reference resources, and continue developing their skills through practice and knowledge sharing. After completing on-the-job training, associates promote to the Mobile Expert role. This role focuses on providing excellent, personalized customer experiences while driving sales. Associates use digital tools, communicate effectively, build rapport and trust, identify customer needs, attract potential customers, and follow up with customers, collect referrals, and manage Be Back processes. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a minimum age of 18, and legal authorization to work in the United States. Six months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred. The role does not require travel and is not DOT-regulated or safety-sensitive. Hourly base pay is $18.00, with $5.00 per hour training pay during the first 90 days. After training, associates promote to Mobile Expert and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000; actual incentives vary by performance and full-time status. T-Mobile guarantees employees at least $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 18 years of age.
