About The Position

The Mobile Associate supports retail operations by engaging customers and helping meet their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. The role builds proficiency in customer service and sales to provide personalized device and service solutions. Associates use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits, complete required training, and contribute to customer relationships and a seamless customer experience.

The position includes on-the-job training during the first 90 days. After completing training, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target. The role may also include other duties or projects assigned by business management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
