About The Position

This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and helping meet their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. The Mobile Associate builds proficiency in customer service and sales to provide personalized device and service solutions, and consistently uses digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits. Success is measured by building customer relationships, completing training, and contributing to a seamless customer experience. The role supports customer loyalty and team initiatives through effective communication and service delivery. During the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. After completing training, they promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target. Other duties or projects may be assigned by business management as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Required skills: change agility, communication, customer problem solving, customer service, engaging people, multitasking, and sales.
At least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Six months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment.
