Requirements

  • 8+ years of software development experience with deep expertise in React Native.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, high-visibility, customer-facing mobile applications.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, mobile application architecture, and API integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, or AI-driven systems, including decision engines or orchestration patterns.
  • Solid experience with unit testing and mobile testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox).
  • Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect, secure authentication, and authorization flows in mobile applications.
  • Experience integrating and working with native mobile functionality (iOS/Android modules, device APIs, push notifications, deep linking).
  • Experience with cloud platforms and mobile CI/CD pipelines (build, test, release automation).
  • Demonstrated technical leadership or architecture ownership within agile teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Node.js for backend-for-frontend (BFF) services, APIs, or AI orchestration layers.
  • Familiarity with server-side frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS) supporting mobile ecosystems.
  • Exposure to mobile security best practices such as secure storage, certificate pinning, and runtime protection.
  • Experience deploying or consuming AI services from cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and lead development of a highly visible, customer-facing mobile application using React Native.
  • Own end-to-end mobile app architecture, including performance, scalability, reliability, security, and testability.
  • Design and implement Agentic AI capabilities (autonomous agents, decision engines, orchestration flows) within the mobile ecosystem.
  • Integrate LLMs, AI services, backend systems, and secure authentication mechanisms into mobile workflows.
  • Establish mobile development best practices including unit testing, integration testing, coding standards, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Lead code reviews, mentor mobile engineers, and enforce high engineering quality.
  • Partner closely with Product, UX, and Design to deliver world-class mobile experiences.
  • Drive mobile-specific optimizations including offline support, app performance, native integrations, and state management.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and platform (iOS/Android) guidelines, including OAuth-based authentication flows.
  • Evaluate emerging mobile and AI technologies to continuously improve the platform.
