About The Position

2K’s Cat Daddy studio, based in Kirkland, Washington, was started 25+ years ago by industry veterans and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive within the 2K Label. The studio is a fun, dedicated family of incredibly hardworking game developers. We have shipped games on almost every genre and platform, with a current focus on mobile games. We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Ad Monetization Manager to join our team. In this role you will plan and oversee in-game advertising for iOS and Android games. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to steer our efforts in successfully building, operating, and managing Video Ads and Campaigns to better understand our players and enhance their experience with our mobile games.

Requirements

  • Proven track record managing, growing, and optimizing Video Ads and Offer Wall Campaigns through iOS and Android marketplaces.
  • A strong preference for candidates with a background in mobile gaming and a deep passion for the interactive entertainment space.
  • Highly skilled at compiling and analyzing complex performance data and metrics to drive decisions.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and highly comfortable receiving feedback and direction to constantly improve.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with an emphasis on building productive, positive relationships with external partners, management, and peers.
  • A passion for delivering measurable results and a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibly manage, analyze, and optimize Video Ads and Offer Wall campaigns
  • Run rigorous A/B tests to optimize monetization efforts, including price floors, ad frequencies, and player segmentation.
  • Select, follow, and maintain strong relationships with top ad providers, networks, and mediation platforms.
  • Benchmark the market for the best provider integrations. Propose innovative improvements to the Product team on how to better integrate Video Ads and Offer Walls seamlessly into our games.
  • Work closely with UA team to develop cohesive campaign budgets and timelines that balance monetization with user acquisition.
  • Compile, track, and analyze key performance metrics (eCPM, ARPDAU, LTV, Fill Rates) to turn data into actionable revenue strategies.
