As our Activities Director, you aren't just filling a calendar with Bingo slots. You are the architect of joy. You’ll lead our Activity Department, working alongside our medical and therapy teams to ensure every resident has a personalized plan that feeds their soul, sharpens their mind, and keeps their spirits high.

Responsibilities

• Design and direct high-energy (and high impact) programs that residents actually want to attend.
• Get to know our residents personally to create care plans that meet their mental, spiritual, and psychosocial needs.
• Manage the department’s daily operations, budgets, and—most importantly—the fun.
• Keep us ahead of the curve by following federal and state guidelines while implementing fresh facility policies.
