Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

Performs inventory assessments in order to maintain adequate levels of supplies and equipment as applicable
Assist Materials Management in strengthening relations between KHN departments and Material Management to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Able to follow directions and assist Material Management leadership with duties as assigned
Uses proper phone etiquette and maintains professional appearance at all times
Other duties as assigned
Performs shipping and receiving functions to insure proper handling of incoming and outgoing supplies and equipment.
Ensure proper scanning of all delivery documents and maintain all off site facilities receiving records.
Assists the Lead Tech to resolve discrepancies concerning receipts and issues.
Communicate deliveries with Courier Services.
Receive and deliver all tissue trackable implants to proper locations in a timely manner and maintain proper documentation.
