McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for an MLT for its North Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients. Requirements
- Associate degree in medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution and/or successful completion of a recognized course of study in Clinical Laboratory Technology
- Certification, or eligibility for certification, as MLT (ASCP) or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- One year lab experience preferred
Responsibilities
- performing laboratory tests classified under CLIA-88
- drawing blood
- microscope interpretation

Benefits
- PPT Weekend Package pay differential of $5.00 per hour (eligible if working three of four weekends per month)
- $2.50 per hour pay differential if you work Saturday and/or Sunday
