About The Position

The MLT Operator performs quality tests, supervises test equipment operation, labels products, prepares quality reports, and handles non-conforming products. This role also involves supporting Quality Controllers, conducting visual checks, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The position requires wearing appropriate PPE and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Ability to perform quality tests.
Ability to supervise test equipment operation.
Knowledge of product labeling procedures.
Skill in preparing quality reports.
Experience with handling non-conforming products (labeling, re-check, rework).
Ability to support quality issue resolution.
Capability for visual product checks.
Willingness to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
Knowledge of environmental requirements (ISO 14001, BRCGS).

Responsibilities

Performs quality tests in accordance with control plan and quality instructions.
Supervises the correct operation of the test equipment.
Labels the product in accordance with instructions.
Prepares quality reports.
Performs activities related to labeling, re-check, rework for non-conforming product.
Supports Quality Controllers to identify and find solutions for quality related issues.
Conducts visual check of the product.
Wears appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ensures and monitors all Health & Safety regulations, rules, procedures, and policies.
Ensures, monitors, and complies with all environmental requirements as stipulated in ISO 14001 and BRCGS procedures and guidelines on Health & Safety.
Performs any other duty reasonable corresponding with the role.
