About The Position

As a Tier 3 MLOps Engineer on our team, you will work with a collaborative Agile development team to manage Tier 3 incidents and help build and maintain Cloud software and infrastructure that supports machine learning (ML) and AI across our program. This is an opportunity to broaden your skillset into areas such as Agile development, Cloud-based development, and building internal knowledge base articles and escalation paths for operational triage, while troubleshooting software for national security. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with generative AI concepts and technologies such as Claude, GPT, and Gemini
  • 2+ years of experience working with Tier II and Tier III support, and handling the incident management workflow
  • 2+ years of experience working with test and evaluation
  • Knowledge of the ML lifecycle and concepts to develop an MLOps ecosystem
  • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical users and developers
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience working in a system administration operations environment, or 4+ years of experience working in a system administration operations environment in lieu of a degree
  • Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire date

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Python, AWS, Kubernetes, and IaC tools such as Helm and Terraform
  • Experience developing prompts, tools, and agents with LLMs
  • Experience with design and implementation, including building, containerizing, and deploying end-to-end automated data and ML pipelines, within a Cloud environment
  • Experience with version control tools, including Git
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification
