HighTechLending is seeking an experienced, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator to be part of its continued growth. This role involves responding to inbound leads, building relationships, identifying loan solutions, providing rate quotes, and managing multiple borrowers in a fast-paced, call center environment.
Requirements
- Active NMLS License (Required)
- Proven success closing mortgage loans
- Experience with loan origination systems & CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills over the phone & email
- Driven, consultative, and organized with a customer-first approach
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound HTL leads
- Build relationships and identify the best loan solutions for each borrower
- Provide accurate rate quotes and follow-ups via phone/email
- Thrive in a fast-paced, call center environment while managing multiple borrowers
