ML/AI Developer (US Citizen)

This position is a multi-faceted role that involves developing and applying the Latent AI toolset to create solutions for internal, commercial, and government customers. The AI/ML Developer will own the technical relationship with customers and ensure successful production deployment of ML solutions. They will collaborate closely with machine learning scientists and developers, contribute to software development and infrastructure optimizations, and help implement robust AI solutions for real-world use cases. Additionally, the role involves evangelizing the company's products and services, co-authoring white papers, delivering technical seminars, and developing expertise in Latent AI technologies.

• Own the technical relationship and ultimate successful production deployment of customer projects
• Help develop and deploy ML solutions in different application areas (e.g. computer vision, audio, NLP)
• Collaborate closely with machine learning scientists, compilers, and embedded developers across the company
• Use Latent AI products and services to help customers solve business challenges and enable speed to market for their products and services
• Be involved in software development, infrastructure and hardware optimizations, data pipelining, and innovations to implement robust AI solutions for real-world use cases
• Evangelize the product and services, co-author white papers, build reference architectures, deliver technical seminars, speak at public events, lead customer training sessions, and co-create new products
• Develop expertise in Latent AI technologies within the culture of innovation

• Excited to use machine learning to build edge systems that solve real-world problems
• Experience in electrical, computer, systems, and machine learning (ML) engineering
• Ability to develop and deploy ML solutions in different application areas (e.g. computer vision, audio, NLP)
• Collaboration with machine learning scientists, compilers, and embedded developers
• Knowledge of software development, infrastructure and hardware optimizations, data pipelining
• Ability to implement robust AI solutions for real-world use cases
• Strong communication and presentation skills for evangelizing products and services
• Experience in co-authoring white papers, building reference architectures, delivering technical seminars, speaking at public events, leading customer training sessions, and co-creating new products
