About The Position

Responsible for the successful overall success of the coordination of activities and events for Reservations, ensuring maximum occupancy and optimum Guest service satisfaction. Supports Front Desk operations and Player Development in relation to Hotel, Golf, and Event bookings. Maintains a thorough and complete knowledge of all departmental processes / procedures and assists in administrating them. Assists in monitoring and completing OTA notifications for Hotel Reservations. Assists in monitoring and updating OTA sites to ensure accurate information is being delivered to Guests. Assists in monitoring and updating Grand Casino Website to ensure up-to-date information related to Hotels, Food/Beverage, Spa and Golf. Manage emails that are sent to [email protected]. Build and manage group blocks for Player Development and Convention Sales. Assists with monitoring calls to ensure Guest service standards are met. Handle Guest requests, complaints or problems in a prompt and courteous manner and exhibit discretion in identifying Guest service situations that requires the Managers attention. Completed internal reservation bookings, including Band and Entertainment bookings, as well as other internal bookings that arise. Including proper back-up paperwork, such as internal billing forms. Assists with building system required Offers, Rates plans, and other system related requirements. Maintain a strong working knowledge of the current software functionality. Ability to enforce policy and practice regarding player’s club, room booking practice, complimentary offerings. Monitor quality of transactions through systematic review of CRS Representative operational/system activities, including but not limited to loss of business, rate plan/rank tier verification, merging Guest profiles etc. Excellent communication skills and good relations with all other departments. Must be readily accessible to fellow Associates during the assigned shift. Held accountable to a high degree for maintaining confidentiality of Guest and Associate information. Completes Cash/Gift Card transactions and reporting to accounting. Creatively resolves problems within the operation by listening to ideas, probable solutions and addressing potential conflicts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in hotel reservations/call center.
  • Minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience and/or completed program/development plan.
  • Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority.
  • Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR’s).
