This role is part of the Lunar Permanence business unit, which develops Blue Origin’s Blue Moon landers and related products. To further Blue Origin's mission of millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth, we are building sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface. At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. To this end, our first MK1 Lunar Lander christened “Endurance” will be the largest and most complex vehicle ever to land on the moon. Our second MK1 will continue humanity’s exploration of the Lunar south pole by delivering NASA’s VIPER rover. As part of a hardworking team of diverse analysts, you will conduct thermal and fluids analysis to define the performance and operations within the MK1 Fluids subsystem and resolve technical challenges. The selected candidate will work within the MK1 Fluids team supporting analysis efforts through the complete development lifecycle from design through build, test, and integration. Typical tasks include capturing system inputs, validating models based on vehicle and component test data, constructing and vetting analysis models, performing system level trade studies, documenting results, and presenting results to stakeholders.
