About The Position

Founded in Chicago 40 years ago as a Delicatessen, Levy now finds itself as a leading presence in the Food, Beverage, and Retail industry across 200 plus Entertainment, Sports, and Restaurant venues across the country. This role involves receiving and replenishing liquor, beer, and wine, as well as retrieving food and beverage items for the bar. The Mixologist will also be responsible for setting up bottles, ensuring beer taps are functional, stocking bar snacks and napkins, assisting with opening and closing duties, bussing tables, maintaining cleanliness of bar areas, removing rubbish, and preparing/serving beverages as needed to assist the bartender.

Requirements

Must be able to receive all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom on a daily basis and as needed.
Must be able to replenish all liquor, beer and wine as needed in the bar throughout the shift.
Must be able to retrieve all needed food items from kitchen and deliver to bar area.
Must be able to retrieve all needed beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and deliver to bar area.
Must be able to set up bottles on bar with 'top shelf' liquor on back shelf.
Must be able to ensure beer taps are working properly.
Must be able to place appropriate bar snacks on counter; keep supplies, such as snacks and napkins, stocked throughout shift.
Must be able to assist in opening and closing side work as assigned.
Must be able to bus tables in bar area.
Must be able to help ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar or lounge areas; wash work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment; sweep and mop service areas, including floor mats.
Must be able to ensure rubbish is removed from all receptacles.
Must be able to prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist bartender.
Must be able to perform other duties as assigned.

Prepares and serves beverages as needed to assist bartender.
Performs other duties as assigned.
