The Bar Lead reports to F+B leadership team and works in a team environment with other F+B professionals, including bartenders, servers, dishwashers, cooks and chefs. It is critical the person in this position possess a background in advanced bartending techniques, have a natural ability to lead and manage time and a second-to-none knowledge of beverages and cocktails. The Bar Lead will be responsible for aiding in the development and training of the bar team in creating memorable guest experiences. In depth menu knowledge is necessary to ensure safe service to guests with allergies and restrictions. The Bar Lead will help facilitate ongoing beverage tasting and training which will allow the team to expand their knowledge of beer, wine and spirits. The Bar Lead will have the opportunity to collaborate on seasonal beverage menus. All of our team members are expected to be reliable and responsible.
