About The Position

Spain Wine Bar is seeking a full-time Mixologist - Bartender for their rooftop location with ocean views. The role involves crafting Spanish-inspired cocktails, managing bar inventory, operating the POS system, and collaborating with the sommelier. The atmosphere is described as buzzing and energetic, with no two days feeling the same. The position requires working weekends, evenings, and night shifts.

Requirements

• 6+ years of bartending/mixology and serving experience in a high-volume, upscale environment
• TIPs certification
• RAM certification
• Proactive and self-efficacious
• Team-oriented
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform other physically demanding aspects of bartending work
• Ability to train others
• Ability to craft and execute unique cocktails, including house-made syrups, infusions, and seasonal creations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to check IDs

• Knowledge of wine is a strong plus
