Mixing Technician II- 2nd Shift (2:00pm-10:30pm, M-F Plus OT)
About The Position
The Mixing Technician II maintains a clean, safe, high-quality, and productive facility while using equipment and personnel efficiently and cost-consciously. Under the general policy and guidance of the ASL, Shift Leader, or Production Manager, this position performs activities in the Mixing area. The primary focus is keeping production running smoothly, recognizing that the production run depends on mixing quality, accurate raw-material input, and viscosity control. The role also requires regular interaction with chemicals, dust, and strong smells, along with standing for 8–12 hours per day and minimal lifting of up to 50 pounds. Additional duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities
- Promote safety in every aspect of each task.
- Maintain smooth and timely plant production and deliver a quality product to the next operation.
- Understand and operate all mixing processes, including Chip Mixing, Compound Mixing, Syrup Mixing, and Additive Preparation.
- Ensure the integrity of quality systems.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance, including minor repairs, filter changes, and lubrication.
