Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science or Engineering, or experience that is equivalent
Must be able to communicate well verbally and in writing in English and Spanish
Must be able to lift 50lbs

Nice To Haves

Supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to communicate and collaborate at a high level

Responsibilities

Manages all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high quality products
Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects
Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel
Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
