The Mixing Production Manager will manage and direct the operations of the assigned Mixing Department, ensuring efficient delivery and quality of products and services to clients. This role is responsible for setting and meeting goals and budget plans related to Cost, Quality, Waste, Safety, and Output. The position is involved in planning Capital Expenditures and Process Improvements, and assures adherence to plant procedures and policies. The manager will support business team (BT) activities, focus on Quality Improvements and Defective Product, and run day-to-day department operations maintaining efficient low cost, high quality output. Key responsibilities include communicating and reviewing the performance of direct reports, driving Process Improvements, Qualify/Uniformity, Cost Reduction, and Reduction of Process Variation. The role also involves leading House Functions, being responsible for Budget Planning and Accomplishment, attending weekly BT 4 meetings, and maintaining employee involvement. Analysis of BOB Process Machine vs. Actual and identification of gaps in BOB Process with proposals for Capital Investment to close these gaps are also key duties. Capital Expenditures and Project planning/implementation are required, along with ensuring all ESH procedures, policies, and legal requirements are implemented and monitored.
