About The Position

The Mixing Operator is responsible for the operation of Mixing and Granulation equipment in accordance with Company Standard Operating Procedures. This role ensures 100% cGMP and compliance to guarantee the production of quality products. The schedule for this position is the 2nd Shift, from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

  • Operation of Mixing and Granulation equipment in accordance with Company Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Maintaining 100% cGMP & compliance.
  • Operating 'V' blenders and PIAB for loading, unloading and set spin time.
  • High Shear Granulator Mixer cleaning and Operation procedure as per SOP.
  • Set up spin time and adding/spraying Granulation solution into mixed material through Peristaltic Pump.
  • Calibration of Peristaltic Pump.
  • Cleaning and operation of AMF Hobart Mixer for Mixing ingredient, Granulate material and final Mixing for preparing blends for Compression Department.
  • Recording each entry of each step of manufacturing activities after completion of step as per PBR and maintain the Production batch record after each batch.
  • Setting up of Drying Time in Chart Recorder of Forced air Drying Ovens after entering relevant detail of batch in Recording Chart.
  • Ensuring all scales and Balances and other calibrated equipment are within calibration Date, Calibration stickers are attached to scales and Balances, and are clearly visible.
  • Performing and verifying the room release status before starting the Mixing and Granulation operation.
  • Verifying the weighing scales and checks the calibration status before starting the ingredient verification operation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and verify advanced Mixing & Granulation equipment operations, including operating 'V' blenders and PIAB for loading, unloading, and setting spin times.
  • Perform and verify High Shear Granulator Mixer cleaning and operation procedures as per SOP, including setting spin time and adding/spraying Granulation solution into mixed material through a Peristaltic Pump, and calibrating the Peristaltic Pump.
  • Perform and verify cleaning and operation of AMF Hobart Mixer for mixing ingredients, granulating material, and final mixing to prepare blends for the Compression Department.
  • Record each step of manufacturing activities after completion as per the Production Batch Record (PBR) and maintain the record after each batch.
  • Perform and verify the setting up of Drying Time in the Chart Recorder of Forced Air Drying Ovens after entering relevant batch details in the Recording Chart.
  • Ensure all scales, balances, and other calibrated equipment are within their calibration dates, have attached and visible calibration stickers.
  • Perform and verify the room release status before starting Mixing and Granulation operations.
  • Verify weighing scales and check calibration status before starting ingredient verification operations.
