About The Position

This includes: Completing daily safety, housekeeping, and calibration checks Safely operating all mix room equipment Maintaining clean, organized, and hazard-free workspaces Following all safety procedures and contributing to a safe team environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience
Ability to read and write
Ability to perform basic math using a calculator
Ability to use a computer for email and electronic systems
Ability to read a tape measure
Ability to follow instructions accurately
Good organizational and housekeeping skills
Good hand-eye coordination and physical ability to operate motor controls
Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability and willingness to complete powered industrial vehicle (PIV) training and certification, if required

Responsibilities

Safely operate all mix room equipment and follow established procedures
Complete daily safety, housekeeping, and calibration checks
Ensure accurate accounting of raw materials and finished products
Understand and apply quality system procedures
Participate in the communication and resolution of quality issues
Remain proficient in all tasks listed in the employee training record
Coordinate and communicate with team members to ensure responsibilities are met
Maintain accurate data and utilize electronic systems such as Prism, Wonderware, SharePoint, and email
Participate in team activities and ongoing training opportunities
Maintain compliance with all safety policies and standards
