About The Position

As a mixer, you will be required to cut bags into the mixer, operate a mixer, and pre-weigh ingredients for each batch as instructed by the mixer controller. You will also be required to dump trash at the end of the shift and ensure your mixing department is clean prior to the next shift coming onboard. This role helps prepare various dry mix products for packaging and sale.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare various dry mix products for packaging and sale
• Read/interpret mixing schedule
• Operate forklift to transport and stack ingredients
• Weigh-up ingredients per batch sheet and mix schedule
• Place ingredients in mixer and prepare mix/clean mixers
• Provide QA with product samples
• Maintain clean work environment
• Document mixing activity
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
