About The Position

As a mixer, you will be required to cut bags into the mixer, operate a mixer, and pre-weigh ingredients for each batch as instructed by the mixer controller. You will also be required to dump trash at the end of the shift and ensure your mixing department is clean prior to the next shift coming onboard. This role involves preparing various dry mix products for packaging and sale, reading and interpreting the mixing schedule, and operating a forklift to transport and stack ingredients. You will weigh up ingredients per batch sheet and mix schedule, place ingredients in the mixer, and prepare/clean mixers. Additionally, you will provide QA with product samples, maintain a clean work environment, document mixing activity, and complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
