This position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect affect on product safety, legality and/or quality. The Mixer Operator I ensures consistency on all doughs by proper scaling and time and temperature control according to production standards. This role is crucial for maintaining the production schedule by mixing dough efficiently and delivering it to the dividers on time to ensure a continuous production flow. The operator is responsible for maintaining records of dough mixing times, temperatures, and other required data, as well as ensuring the cleanliness of their work area. Compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and work rules, is essential. The role may also involve performing other duties as directed by supervision, including those deemed integral to the job by management, such as fulfilling work schedules, adhering to attendance policies, and following operating rules and procedures.
