This position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect affect on product safety, legality and/or quality. The Mixer Operator I ensures consistency on all doughs by proper scaling and time and temperature control according to production standards. This role is responsible for maintaining the production schedule by efficiently mixing dough and delivering it to the dividers on time to ensure a continuous production flow. The position also involves maintaining records of dough mixing times and temperatures, ensuring cleanliness of the work area, and adhering to all company policies and procedures, including safety and work rules.
