This position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect affect on product safety, legality and/or quality. The Mixer Operator I is responsible for ensuring consistency on all doughs by proper scaling and time and temperature control according to production standards. This role is crucial for maintaining the production schedule by mixing dough efficiently and delivering it to the dividers on time to ensure a smooth production flow. The operator will also maintain records of dough mixing times and temperatures, ensure cleanliness of the work area, and comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and work rules.
