The Mixer Operator is responsible for blending and shredding product according to quality and product specification sheets, customer satisfaction, and company policies. The operator will also record and verify findings, coach other team members in the mixing room, and help with area sanitation as needed. This role works in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to loud noises, strong odors, temperature fluctuations, moving machinery, wet or humid conditions, hazardous chemicals, high or confined areas, extreme temperatures, and vibration throughout various facility areas. This role also regularly engages in prolonged standing, walking, communicating, and sensory tasks throughout each shift, while frequently handling objects, climbing, balancing, and performing various physical movements such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as part of job duties. The use of close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus is required. The current shift is 2nd Shift (2-10PM) Monday-Friday, but this role will be changing to a Raw Material Operator L7 on A Crew in September 2026.
