About The Position

Suncore is hiring a Mixer Driver to deliver ready-mixed concrete to job sites or customers. The driver operates a ready-mix truck, completes truck and trailer safety checks, and delivers concrete accurately and on time according to the specifications on each delivery ticket. The role also involves recording, signing, and submitting delivery-ticket information and following traffic laws.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to sit for long periods.
• Ability to lift 65 pounds without assistance.
• Attention to and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a ready-mix truck to deliver ready-mixed concrete to job sites or customers.
• Perform pre- and post-operation safety checklists on trucks and trailers.
• Deliver concrete according to the specifications on the delivery ticket.
• Record information on delivery tickets, sign them, and turn them in to the designated place.
• Observe and obey traffic laws while operating the truck.
