This role involves cooking, weighing, blending, and processing ingredients using various equipment to produce candy fillings. In support of 24-hour continuous production, the position requires assisting with the disassembly, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembly of kitchen processing parts and equipment, including CIP (Clean-In-Place) of cream transfer lines and tanks.
