About The Position
This position supports the mission of helping individuals come unto Christ by strengthening the effectiveness of missionary training at the MTC. The Mixed-Methods Analyst Assistant contributes to research and evaluation efforts that inform decision-making and improve the missionary experience. This is an entry-level position that works closely with Research & Evaluation staff to investigate key questions about training experiences using quantitative and qualitative methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations). The role includes contributing to research design, collecting and analyzing data, and translating findings into clear, actionable insights. This role provides hands-on experience in applied research and evaluation, with opportunities to contribute to real program improvements.
Requirements
- Entry-level position.
- Works closely with Research & Evaluation staff.
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations).
- Ability to contribute to research design.
- Ability to collect and analyze data.
- Ability to translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Must be a member of the Church who is worthy of a temple recommend.
