SERVPRO of Allentown is looking for individuals to join their team as Water Mitigation Technicians. This is an entry-level, full-time position with a career track. The role involves using high-tech gear to save homes and businesses after floods, fires, and storms. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. The job offers opportunities to work in the community, use hands-on skills, and make a difference during difficult times for homeowners.

Requirements

• A Driver's License with a clean record.
• Ability to stay active and lift 50+ lbs.
• Willingness to work on a rotation to handle emergencies (on-call hustle).
• Coachability and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Use sensors, thermal cameras, and heavy-duty extraction gear to dry out properties.
• Remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, etc.) using tools.
• Document the "before and after" and track moisture levels using mobile apps.
• Provide a sense of calm to stressed-out homeowners while stabilizing their property.
