Requirements

• Strong work ethic—no babysitting required
• Construction, trades, military, or physical labor background preferred
• Leadership mindset (or ready to step into it)
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Able to lift 75 lbs and handle physical work daily
• Willing to be on-call when emergencies hit

Nice To Haves

• No restoration experience required—we train the right people
• If you’ve worked in construction, trades, military, or physical labor, you’ll pick this up fast
• We provide paid training and cover industry certifications as you grow

Responsibilities

• Lead water, fire, and mold mitigation jobs
• Set and monitor professional drying equipment
• Demo damaged materials (drywall, flooring, etc.)
• Tarp roofs and secure properties after storms or fires
• Document jobs using photos and mobile apps
• Communicate clearly with customers during stressful situations
• Help train and develop other technicians
