The company aims to become the “Titans” of the Restoration Industry. This role is looking to hire a full-time Mitigation Technician that exceeds customer expectations while assessing, rebuilding, and restoring homes and businesses after man-made and natural disasters. The technician will be tasked with creating a superior customer experience. Mitigation Technicians accomplish this by being part of an emergency response team, having physical strength and stamina, and proficiency with using hand and power tools.

Requirements

• Attention to details in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets, and equipment.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license.
• Basic tech skills to use a smartphone/tablet and relevant software.
• Availability to work overtime in response to emergency situations, which may include after hours, weekends, or holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in demolition, the restoration industry, and basic carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Be able to interact with customers in disaster response activities.
• Repair and restore the structure.
• Removal and replacement of damaged drywall, plumbing, and related materials.
• Working with your direct supervisor to ensure the team is unified and efficient.
• Execution and implementation of appropriate mitigation procedures, as necessary, and following up as required to assure excellent customer service.
