About The Position

We are seeking Mitigation Technicians and Senior Mitigation Technicians to join our team. This role involves performing water mitigation services, assisting with or leading projects, and delivering exceptional customer service during challenging times. Requirements

• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift 75 pounds or more
• Availability to work overtime and respond to emergency call-outs as needed
• Nights, weekends, and extended hours may be required during Catastrophe (CAT) events and large-scale disaster response situations

Nice To Haves

• Previous water mitigation, restoration, or construction experience preferred
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus for Senior Technician candidates

Responsibilities

• Perform water mitigation services in accordance with Paul Davis and industry standards
• Assist with or lead projects depending on experience level
• Perform emergency services including: Water mitigation, Tarping, Board-up services, Mold remediation
• Set up and monitor drying equipment
• Remove damaged building materials and contents as needed
• Maintain accurate job documentation using company technology platforms
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the restoration process
• Work alongside team members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high-quality workmanship
