At Premier Restoration Hawaii, we respond to water, fire, mold, and storm damage emergencies throughout Hawaii. Our Mitigation Technicians are often the first people customers meet after experiencing damage to their home or business. They bring calm to chaos, help protect property from further damage, and guide customers through the first steps of recovery. Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in physically active environments, including standing, bending, and moving equipment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and software applications
• Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn

Nice To Haves

• Experience in construction, maintenance, restoration, moving, landscaping, military service, warehouse operations, or other hands-on trades is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Responding to water, mold, fire, and storm damage emergencies
• Driving company vehicles to customer job sites
• Assessing property damage and assisting with mitigation plans
• Setting up and monitoring drying equipment and other restoration tools
• Performing demolition and removal of damaged materials
• Packing, inventorying, and storing customer belongings when necessary
• Documenting job progress using mobile technology and software
• Communicating professionally with customers and teammates
• Working safely while maintaining a high standard of quality
