About The Position

Guarantee Restoration Services is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to join their Lafayette team. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for customers, explaining the reconstruction process, setting expectations, and preparing budgets. They will also be responsible for reviewing completed files for accuracy and profitability, and ensuring detailed file documentation is provided to the Project Coordinator.

Requirements

Excellent relationship building/maintenance skills
Knowledge of restoration processes and procedures
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills
Strong sense of urgency
Very strong organizational and time management skills
Hard-working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs.
Strong desire to learn and excel
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time
Must be reliable, dependable and drug-free

Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently achieve a high degree of profitability and customer satisfaction
Become the primary point of contact for the customer at the appropriate point in the job life cycle!
Explain the reconstruction process to the customer and set appropriate expectations for workflow and timelines
Prepare and submit a budget for each reconstruction project
Review the completed files for the profitability and accuracy of the original scope
Responsible for providing detailed file documentation and all signed correspondence to Project Coordinator
