Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role in the mitigation field.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop, inspire, and lead teams to success in mitigation.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to set and execute a vision.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Texas MRC license preferred but not required.
