Requirements

No prior restoration experience is required—we will train the right person.
Restoration, construction, cleaning, warehouse, or labor experience is a plus.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Dependable, professional, and willing to follow direction.
Valid driver's license preferred and may be required for travel between job sites.
Must be willing to work overtime or emergency service hours when needed.

Responsibilities

Performing routine moisture inspections and moisture checks at active job sites.
Picking up, delivering, and retrieving drying equipment from customer properties.
Taking required DASH photographs and uploading project documentation.
Obtaining customer signatures, including Certificates of Satisfaction and other required paperwork.
Cleaning, inspecting, organizing, and maintaining mitigation equipment.
Assisting Mitigation Technicians with active water damage restoration projects.
Removing damaged materials, debris, and job site waste.
Helping maintain company vehicles, warehouse organization, and equipment readiness.
Following company procedures, safety guidelines, and industry standards.
Completing assigned work accurately and on time.
Providing excellent customer service while representing CLEAN USA professionally.
Supporting the team with other duties as assigned.
