Requirements

  • No prior restoration experience is required—we will train the right person.
  • Restoration, construction, cleaning, warehouse, or labor experience is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Dependable, professional, and willing to follow direction.
  • Valid driver's license preferred and may be required for travel between job sites.
  • Must be willing to work overtime or emergency service hours when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Performing routine moisture inspections and moisture checks at active job sites.
  • Picking up, delivering, and retrieving drying equipment from customer properties.
  • Taking required DASH photographs and uploading project documentation.
  • Obtaining customer signatures, including Certificates of Satisfaction and other required paperwork.
  • Cleaning, inspecting, organizing, and maintaining mitigation equipment.
  • Assisting Mitigation Technicians with active water damage restoration projects.
  • Removing damaged materials, debris, and job site waste.
  • Helping maintain company vehicles, warehouse organization, and equipment readiness.
  • Following company procedures, safety guidelines, and industry standards.
  • Completing assigned work accurately and on time.
  • Providing excellent customer service while representing CLEAN USA professionally.
  • Supporting the team with other duties as assigned.
