Mitigation Field Production Supervisor

Paul Davis Restoration of Downriver Detroit MIRomulus, MI
$27 - $30Onsite

About The Position

At Paul Davis Restoration of Downriver Detroit, we don’t just mitigate property damage. We help people through some of the most stressful moments of their lives. The Mitigation Field Production Supervisor is responsible for the successful execution of all daily field operations. This leader oversees multiple mitigation crews, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with Paul Davis standards. While the Mitigation Operations Manager owns the overall performance of the department, the Field Production Supervisor owns today’s production. This role transforms operational plans into exceptional field execution by leading crews, maintaining quality standards, developing technicians, ensuring complete documentation, protecting the customer experience, and solving problems before they impact production. This is a hands-on leadership role. You won’t be assigned to a single crew. Instead, you’ll provide leadership across multiple active projects, serving as the first point of contact for Lead Technicians while maintaining visibility across every job in progress.
