Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of mitigation/restoration experience
  • Working knowledge of drying principles and equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

  • IICRC WRT (Water Restoration Technician)
  • IICRC ASD (Applied Structural Drying)

Responsibilities

  • Lead mitigation efforts on water, fire, mold, and storm damage projects
  • Perform detailed site assessments and execute mitigation plans
  • Set up, monitor, and adjust drying equipment based on industry standards
  • Document job progress, moisture readings, and job notes accurately
  • Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company protocols
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners, adjusters, and internal team members
  • Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job site organization
  • Train and mentor Mitigation Helpers
